CATTLE WRANGLING
Ft. Worth, Texas
"Live
large and think big" is the new slogan for the city of Dallas. A unique
blend of Southwestern warmth, cosmopolitan flair, old west charm, and
modern sophistication combine to make Dallas a one-of-a-kind city. It’s
no coincidence that Dallas is the number one visitor destination in
Texas.
Although close to Dallas
we usually like to keep the guys in Ft Worth on night one because it
sticks with the cowboy theme. Spending the night in the Stockyards gets
you ready for the Ranch, they even run cattle in the streets at night,
so be sure to stay alert as you bounce from each Honky Tonk Saloon.
After
partying, move onto the adventure portion of your trip. The atmosphere
at the ranch is upscale, but very relaxed. Once you're acquainted with
the workings of the ranch, ride the open range like the old time cowboys
and help move the thundering herd. After the cattle drive, try to stay
on the mechanical bull, shoot skeet on the shooting range, and dominate
your buddies in the paintball arena. End the adventurous day with a
chuck-wagon steak dinner complete with all the fixings.
