CHARTER SHARK HUNTING

Break out the pastels and the docksiders. Call Tubbs and Big Willy and let ‘em know that the gang is getting back together. Miami, a stunning and intoxicatingly beautiful place. Awash with sunlight-intensified natural colors, there are moments – when the neon-flashed South Beach skyline glows in the warm night and the palm trees sway in the breeze – when a better-looking city is hard to imagine.

Everyone knows the theme music… dah nuh, dah nuh, dah nuh. Pushing of from the dock, visions of Crazy Quint, Chief Brody, Hooper and a solitary fin knifing through the water dominate the groups thoughts. No time for childhood nightmares, once a shark is on the line everyone better know their roles or the thrashing a thresher gives is nothing compared to the one the Captain Mark will provide. 

SAMPLE ITINERARY

Day 1

2:00pm - 7:00pm - Check into a hotel in the center of Miami South Beach and get the weekend started with a few beach drinks sure to leave the 9 to 5 grind behind.

8:00pm - 10:00pm - Once the crew arrives, head off to your dinner among the palms. We know a great little Argentinian BBQ Steak House that will leave you satisfied and ready to tackle South Beach

10:30pm - 11:30pm - Those hoping for rest and relaxation will be out of luck because Miami is all about the clubs, and they don't start getting packed till late…technically early. Start off at a few smaller clubs, but don't get hung up or end up shut out of the big show.

11:30pm - 4:00am - Enter a warehouse-turned-dance club that attracts more than its share of the SoBe hipster crowd. In the cavernous main room, where professional DJs with names like Roland and the Lizard Man keep the party going long after sunrise, you'll find 40,000 square feet of dance space, one of Miami 's loudest sound systems, and a dazzling light show. An open-air patio at the rear of the club is a primo place to catch a little fresh air, escape from the music, and take in the ocean view.

2:00am - 4:00am - Close the night out by hitting the city's hottest ticket.  A crowd of well-dressed patrons awaits when you move past the velvet rope and enter a world inundated with sensuous house, funk, and hip-hop grooves. An outdoor patio welcomes trend-setters who want a break from the action.

Day 2

7:00am - 8:00am - Odds are everybody will just be strolling in from Friday night to sample the breakfast buffet before heading upstairs to change clothes and shower for a date with terror on the open sea.

8:00am - 5:00pm - Hunt all day off the shores of Miami for the goliaths of the deep. Hope the forearms are ready for the beating they are about to take at the hands of the monster sharks below.

 

5:00pm - 6:00pm - Head back to shore thinking only about how that 10 Ft. Thresher will look over the bed, when the thoughts should be on how to stuff it in the overhead compartment.

6:00pm - 8:00pm - Catch a power nap in the sand before chowing down on a seafood dinner at the Captain's favorite hideaway snuggled in the corner of the main Miami Marina.

8:00pm - 10:30pm - Watch the sunset and toast to the groom for one of those Kodak moments before ruining yourself again in a few hours. An impromptu beach bar crawl is in order to see if some generous owner will take the gang under his wing as cabana boys for the next 6 months

 

11:00pm - 2:00am - If the team has a little left in the tank it is back to the main drag for one last stand, or maybe continue stumbling down the beach until you run out of real estate or money, whichever comes first.

Day 3

8:00am - 11:00am - Board the shuttle for a ride to Miami International Airport.
