SAMPLE ITINERARY
Day 1
2:00pm - 7:00pm - Check into a hotel
in the center of downtown San Diego's famous Gaslamp District and get
the weekend started with a couple drinks at the open-air Gaslamp Tavern.
Airport transportation is available.
8:00pm - 10:00pm - Head over to Dakotas where
you will be treated to a 3-course meal in a restaurant that
draws all of San Diego's movers and shakers.
10:30pm - 11:30pm - After dinner, you make
the call. Is it a club night at
Broadway where chandeliers shed light on a sophisticated crowd while
towering ceilings and huge planters add to an air of elegance. Maybe
Irish bars and jazz joints are your style, leading you in the direction
of Dublin's and Whiskey Girl.
11:30pm - 2:00am - Looking for a tourist
spot, you will find none better that Dick's Last Resort, where the
picnic tables are filled and anything goes in this Saloon. If it is nice
out, which it always is, sit outside and take in the view of San Diego,
it always goes down smooth.
2:00am - 3:00am - Close the night out with a
nightcap and some live rhythm and blues at Croce's Place. The ambiance
is reminiscent of the village clubs in New York City and New Orleans
French Quarter.
Day 2
8:00am -
12:30am - Grab some breakfast and try to remember what
city and state you are in after a mind-scrabbling evening.
12:30am -
5:30pm - For the ascent, we set off in the early
afternoon hours. Despite of the lack of technical problems on this
mountain, one should always remember the dangers that accompany a climb.
After a quick training class, you will be locked in and headed for the
summit.
3:00pm -
4:00pm - The summit provides fantastic views of the
California peaks stretching westwards to Pacific Ocean. We descend to
the refuge in the evening hours.
5:00pm -
9:00pm -Back to the city for another night of
excitement.

9:00am - San Diego Airport for your chosen methods of departure after a
weekend to remember.
